The honourable Cliff Barwick, Mayor of St. Thomas will be joining us. Chief of Police Bill Lyons and Fire Chief Bob Barber will also judge for their very first time! Judges are given an anonymous cup with only a number on it. They will judge texture, appearance and overall taste. You will be judged and scored on appearance, taste & texture. One of the volunteers will be collecting samples in unmarked numbered cups for judging. (2006 winners: 1st - Valleyview, 2nd- Kumas, 3rd- St. Thomas Jr. B Stars)<br /><br /><strong><em>BEST PRESENTATION:</em></strong><br />A panel of judges will be admiring and studying your display. The competitor with the best display will be awarded the Best Presentation Award. Be creative, Go wild.................this is what makes the event so interesting and a lot of fun!! (2006 winner was Valleyview)<br /><br /><br /><em><strong>PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD:</strong></em><br />It’s the most prestigious award we have. All of the participants are given a ballot to vote for the best chili at the event.
